All new flat screen TV's are Smart TV's with Wifi connection for your favorite apps, No cable. New Nest smart locks with unique code access for your security and ease of use! Living Room- Flat screen Smart TV and DVD player Dinning table seats 6 comfortably! Kitchen includes everything you need! Dishwasher, ice maker, garbage disposal, mounted microwave, crock pot, pots, pans,dishware and utensils. Counter Seating for 3! Paper products are not provided, there is dish soap and trash bags provided. 3 Bedrooms all have closets, dressers and night tables! Beds have pillows and bedspreads. You will need to provide your own pillow cases, sheets, and bed linens. 1.5 Baths- Large tub 2 sink bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs! there is also an outdoor shower located in the front out the house to wash off the sand from the beach! *Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own linens and tolietries. The Sunroom is waterfront with large windows to enjoy the breeze and view Lakes fountain! a Pull out sofa and dinning table for 4, my favorite location to have morning coffee!There are multiple docks throughout the community, (one is right behind this house), bring your fishing rods and crab traps conveniently accessed right out back your door!
