The room has a zip-link bed, so can be a super king size or two single beds. Another double en-suite room is available to book. My house is located in a quiet area of Tean, away from main roads, with the front overlooking a river and countryside. It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, and close to Uttoxeter Race Course, JCB and The Potteries. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, guest lounge, garden and front balcony. 3 private parking spaces, and visitor car park also on site (all free). Breakfast is self-service, and you can help yourself to a selection of cereals, bread (usually home-made soda bread), jams, eggs, fruit, breakfast bars, pan au chocolate, juice, and tea/coffee. New zip-link mattress, of high quality, and under bed suitcase storage. The room has a cupboard with coat hangers and a shelf, chest of drawers, a desk with chair, TV with Freeview, and drink making facilities. You will be provided with a front door and room key. The bathroom has a powerful shower. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided, as well as bath towels. The house has Faster Fibre WiFi, with a speed of 70Mb. 7kw EV type 2 charger available (presently charged at £2ph). Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and dining area during the day time for food preparation, drinks and eating. Not after 10pm though, as there is a guest bedroom above. There is ample seating in the back garden, and two chairs on the front balcony overlooking the river and countryside. The guest lounge can be used for reading, relaxation, and having a drink, but meals are not allowed in here. Meals can be consumed in the dining room or outside. During your stay As your host I will try to meet you on arrival to welcome you and show you your room and other facilities. Key safe also at the property.
