On the other hand, the sea, markets, gas station, bakery are a few minutes away. The world-famous entertainment and holiday center is 6 km from Bodrum and 30 km from the airport. You can swim in the nearby charming Torba Bay or spend the whole day cooling off and enjoying the villa's private pool. In the large green garden that belongs to you, the mature trees offer their flowers and fruits in the changing seasons. The old olive trees that give the villa its name symbolize immortality. Despite being so close to the city center, it is one of the few places, if not the only one, with such pristine nature. Three sides of the house are covered with trees and maquis vegetation unique to Bodrum, and it is possible to take a nature walk in the forested area on both sides of the house at appropriate times, taking precautions against insects. Other things to note Since the house is built on a natural area and has a swimming pool, there are mosquitoes between certain dates in the summer. Guests acknowledge that by renting the house, they accept the possible risks of being in contact with animals, plants and nature, and that they are responsible for all safety in and around the house. There is also a cactus area in the garden and close contact should be avoided. It is possible to come across wild boars in the region that are sometimes friendly with people and come close for the food and water left for them.
