Our space has direct access to beach. Can walk to nearby islands at low tide. Nine miles from Kennebunkport, 10 miles from OOB, and 20 miles from Portland. One mile from the University of New England. Very quiet, residential area with friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We can't wait to meet you! The space Welcome to Hills Beach! Here, we offer you a relaxing stay in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood directly on Hills Beach in Biddeford, ME. We are located just a short drive (20 minutes) from Kennebunkport, ME and approximately 30 minutes from Portland, ME. Additionally, we are located just a short drive from the University of New England's main campus (5 minutes). The space you are renting is a small studio apartment (270 square feet) above our garage that is has its own full bathroom. The loft space is separate from the house and has its own private entrance for you to use. There are two beds: one is full-sized and the other is a twin. The loft has a closet for you that is outfitted with plenty of hangers, along with a bureau for additional space for your clothes. We also have WiFi available.
