Spacious cottage in peaceful country setting

Stablehurst cottage offers guests both spacious and stylish accommodation set in the peaceful Sussex countryside, having been recently renovated and kitted out with all creature comforts. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, to explore the local walks on your doorstep and relax in the extensive garden, taking in the views of the High Weald and Bluebell Railway line. Situated only 10 mins from the Ashdown Forest, there are stunning gardens, vineyards and villages for you to discover. The space Stablehurst Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms, one on the ground floor with separate bathroom and one upstairs with an ensuite (both with showers and Egyptian cotton towels provided along with summer or winter duvets on the beds). There is a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine (variety of pods included), dishwasher and washing machine. You will find teas, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and biscuits on your arrival. There is a separate dining room and a large comfortable living room with 40" smart TV, books and board games. The cottage has high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout. Outside, guests can dine in the large garden in their own private space or relax with a drink at the picnic table while they watch the Bluebell railway steaming past. There is a large climbing frame with mud kitchen for children and ample parking for two cars on the gravel driveway next to the cottage. Children of any age are welcome and for little ones we can easily provide a travel cot (and bedding), highchairs, eating utensils, changing mat and baby bath on request.
