'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes. The space The accommodation is self-contained and accessed from a rear patio door. The key is located in a key safe adjacent to the entrance. We have agreed to follow the Air BnB enhanced cleaning and sanitisation policy. Our cleaning standards are always exceptionally high, a factor supported in our excellent reviews. Clean bedding and towels will always be available along with tea and coffee making facilities, in addition to a range of breakfast cereals, bottled water, fruit juice and croissants / brioche rolls. There is also a microwave oven, toaster and Fridge. The freezer is not intended for use by guests but can be by arrangement with the owner. There is a TV with Sky Glass in the living space but no sport or films I’m afraid. Guest access All areas within the annexe and garden if required. Other things to note Julie and Erik have lived in this beautiful location for many years. They both worked in education and although retired, still have involvement with the local school. Erik is a practising artist, designer, photographer and gigging musician, guitarist and songwriter. They both enjoy and embrace the outdoor life and maximise the potential of living in a great area. They both keep themselves fit by running, swimming and gym activity in addition to walking.
