Beautiful spacious kid-friendly 3+bed 3-bath home

Beautiful 3+bedroom, 3-bathroom home in the historic Avenues district of SLC. Gourmet kitchen, big living room, gorgeous patio & shaded fenced backyard with sandbox and off street parking. We're minutes away from the Univ. of Utah, downtown SLC, and local ski resorts. We have TONS of baby and kid gear and toys if you need those, too. Come and make yourselves at home! The space Our home was built over 100 years ago by early SLC settlers! Many original details have been preserved and contribute to our home's charm. We have 3 upstairs bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a twin bed and baby crib, and one bedroom has a toddler bed) and downstairs there is also a sectional couch that can be slept on. In addition, we have 3 full bathrooms, and many shared living areas are beautifully decorated to be comfortable and inviting. Tons of kids and baby gear on offer -- toddler bed, baby crib, tons of books and toys for ages 0-6. Our home is fully equipped for up to 4 adults and perfect for a baby and toddler too. We have bed linens, towels, storage, laundry baskets, kitchen serve ware, etc etc. Please come and be our guest! Guest access You are invited to rent our entire home. We will be travelling and are hoping a lovely family will want to rent our entire home. You'll be able to access all parts of the house. Our garage is the only area that's not available; instead there's tons of free parking on our street. Please note: For December 2022 we are in the midst of moving and our front parlour room will be completely empty! This can actually be a good thing if you have active kids, like we do :) Just know there's one completely empty room, not pictured here, and you can use for luggage, kids space, etc as you wish. Other things to note If you are bringing pets (and you're welcome to!) we insist upon a $250 damage deposit, just to make sure we have a contingency fund in case your furry friends have an accident. Additionally, please note that pets are not allowed upstairs, or in the front two rooms of our house (dining room and parlour). *parlour is not pictured in our photos - it's the least used room in the house.
