Emotional Support Animals (ESAs): Please note that under Airbnb policy (and Georgia law), Emotional Support Animals are classified as pets and are subject to the standard pet fee. Please select "Traveling with Pets" at checkout if you are bringing an ESA. 2. Service Animals (SA): We welcome Service Animals in compliance with Airbnb and ADA policies. Service Animals are exempt from pet fees, but must follow these behavioral guidelines: No Unattended Rule: Per ADA guidelines, Service Animals must remain under the handler's control at all times. They may not be left in the home alone (crated or uncrated) while the guest is out. If you leave the property, your Service Animal must accompany you. Housebroken: Animals must be fully housebroken. General Rules & Penalties: Undisclosed Pets: Any undisclosed animals (including ESAs not registered as pets) will incur a violation fee of $250 plus the standard pet fee.
