Beautiful two-bedroom cottage, located in the heart of Portreath. This much-loved home has been recently renovated and is perfect for family and friends wishing to explore the North Coast of Cornwall. The space The property is located just a stone's throw from the Coast to Coast cycle trail and coast path. There is off-street parking for one small car but can also offer on-street parking in front of the property if needed. After a long day exploring come home to your cozy home and enjoy the beautiful sea views from our newly decked garden with a glass of wine or two. Please be aware that the garden is accessed via steep steps and all persons should take care when using this area and children should be supervised at all times. Ground floor: Open-plan living/dining area Fully equipped kitchen Downstairs shower room and WC Seating for 5 guests comfortably A flat-screen TV with Sky and access to Netflix’s, BBC iplayer etc. First Floor: Bedroom one: Double room with access to the balcony and back garden. Storage for guest's belongings. Bedroom two: Large room with a double and single bed and lots of storage for guest's belongings. Family bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Please kindly note that a travel cot is not provided and you would need to bring this with you. Unfortunately, the wood burner is not available for use between May - Mid September. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, however, please note that they are not allowed upstairs or on any furniture.
