A traditional breakfast is included during mid and high seasons (1st April-31st October). During low season breakfast is not included on the room rate (November to March). Every year, from the 1st Sunday of August until the following Sunday, Horta celebrates the Sea Week, a nautical festival with street restaurants and outdoor concerts and noise levels increase until late hours.
