Historical 1930s Mallorcan Village House

This charming 1932-built home in the heart of Sineu is a true oasis, blending authentic character with modern comforts. Full of antiques, it offers a spacious retreat with a sun-drenched terrace, lush orchard, petit fish pond, refreshing pool, garage, and ping-pong table. Sineu is a gem, home to great restaurants, cosy cafés, and unique shops. With an hourly train to Palma until 22:30, you can explore the island while enjoying this beautiful town’s peace and charm away from crowds. The space Large spaces, high ceilings, wooden beams, floor tiles, vintage furniture, and singular pieces present the Mediterranean style of this house The saltwater pool brings the sea to the luscious garden with pomegranate, lemon, oranges, persimmon, and loquat trees The terrace is full of natural shade with a large lounge sofa, armchairs, and a steel mallorcan table, the perfect spot for eating and having a siesta afterward The house is fully equipped with appliances like an oven, kettle, blender, bean-to-cup coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fans, and hairdryer We provide blankets and duvets (during cold months), a shower towel a swimming pool towel hand towels, a change of bed linen (already on the beds), and kitchen towels We are baby-friendly and have 2 cots and 1 high chair, as well as a safety door before the stairs, leading to the garden from the terrace Our hot water comes from solar, our electricity from renewable sources, we collect rainwater, and our kitchen has a reverse osmosis filter so there is no need to buy disposable water bottles The location is great, with a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars, and bakeries within a 5 min walk and a train connection to Palma city center every hour until 22:30.
