To maintain the serene atmosphere of our 1930s home and respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following: - Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, with strictly quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. - Occupancy: Our maximum capacity is 8 guests (including children). For insurance and security purposes, only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors, please. - Atmosphere: This home is a sanctuary for relaxation. It is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. We want your arrival and departure to be just as relaxed as your stay. To make this possible, we prioritize a 24-hour buffer between bookings. This "rest period" for the home allows us to almost always accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, ensuring the space is meticulously prepared and sparkling clean for your arrival.
