Spacious apartment overlooking the lake

Arrive, check in, be at home and feel good! ♥ The space Our LakeSide flat house with 17 exclusively furnished flats is situated in a truly marvellous location between the lake and the golf course. Our cosy flats are spread over 3 floors. However, the lift in the building makes it easy to reach every flat at any time. Pets are welcome: Dogs are very welcome! We charge €20 per day for this on site, for a stay of more than 5 days a flat rate of €100.00 will be charged. In winter you have the option of using the ski room. The whole thing is rounded off with a small wellness room - equipped with infrared cabin, sauna and loungers, shower, toilets. This flat is very spacious at approx. 70m² and offers space for 2 - 8 people. It is located on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds, a living room with sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. Guest access Leave your car in our free parking spaces around the apartment house and enjoy the walk into the heart of Seefeld. In only 5 - 7 minutes you are in the middle of the center, where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and a lot more. Right next to our apartment house there is a supermarket where you can easily buy all the groceries you need for self-sufficiency. There is also a gas station for the needs of your car. We ourselves have 2 e-filling stations, which can be found directly at our apartment house on the back.
