Large sliding patio doors flood the room with natural light and open directly onto the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for group stays and includes: * Large cooker perfect for preparing meals at home * Two fridges for extra food and drinks storage * Large central island with seating for four The spacious dining area sits alongside the kitchen, making it easy to cook, dine and socialise together. The living room offers a cosy space to unwind with: * Large L-shaped corner sofa * Wall mounted 60” TV * Atmospheric moon lighting within the bookshelf * Large log burner for cosy evenings Perfect for relaxed film nights in front of the fire. *Logs are provided from October – March.* Behind the kitchen you’ll find a practical utility / boot room with: * Drinks fridge * Freezer * Washing machine * Tumble dryer There is also a large downstairs wet room, ideal after muddy countryside walks or a day surfing on the coast. Outdoor Space Step through the sliding doors and enjoy a fantastic outdoor area designed for relaxing and entertaining. The Garden includes: * Large outdoor dining table for alfresco meals * Barrel charcoal BBQ Beyond the patio is a large fully fenced grass garden, perfect for children to explore and dogs to play safely. In the corner of the terrace is a 6-person hot tub, available upon request, where you can relax while enjoying beautiful views across the Devon countryside. Bedrooms Barton Rock features four spacious en-suite bedrooms, each designed with comfort and style in mind. Bedroom highlights: Two bedrooms can be configured as twin beds or Super King beds (please request when booking) Two bedrooms feature large walk-in wardrobes with ample storage Three bedrooms have sliding patio doors leading directly outside The master bedroom is particularly special, offering: * Beautiful countryside views from the Juliet balcony * A stunning roll-top bath within the elegant en-suite A luxurious and peaceful space to relax after a day exploring. Games Room Located off the landing on the middle floor, the games room provides additional space for entertainment and relaxation. Features include: * Sofa bed suitable for a 9th or 10th guest * Football table * Xbox * A variety of games for children and adults Parking The property is accessed via a private elevated driveway from the main road and offers ample parking for up to five cars directly outside the house. Other things to note Bed linen and towels will be provided and freshly laundered prior to your arrival. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided upon your request. Check in is from 16:00 and check out is before 10:00. Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional charge. Please note all dogs need to be kept on the ground floor. We have a great relationship with other companies in the Woolacombe/Croyde area and have put together a comprehensive guide with our recommendations from pubs to surf schools. We can also arrange certain activities for you such as surfing lessons with leading surf schools and professional sponsored surf instructors, coasteering and horse riding lessons.
