No trace of hair, odors or excrement should be noticeable at the time of return of the rented property, including outside the rental. Payment of the End-of-Stay Cleaning Fee does not relieve the tenant of their responsibility for damage caused by their pet. Indoor and outdoor cleaning related to the presence of an animal is the responsibility of the tenant. Access to the swimming pool is of course strictly forbidden for animals.
