Welcome to Novalaise in this former carpentry workshop converted into a comfortable apartment. Its geographical location will allow you to discover a region made up of lakes and mountains, green landscapes but also sites steeped in history and culture. You will live to the rhythm of the village near Lake Aiguebelette but also highways allowing you quick access to many sites in Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère or Ain. Our home will be yours! The space Large 60 m2 living room with fitted kitchenette, living room and dining area. Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Heating by pellet stove and convectors in bedrooms. Upstairs, one bedroom with a 160 bed and two 90 beds and one bedroom with a 140 bed and a large wall closet. Independent entrance. Covered terrace and private courtyards. Warning: steep staircase (left/right half steps) to access the bedrooms. Requires special attention when using (see photo). A small clarification on the equipment: 2 coffee makers available, 1 Senséo coffee maker and 1 "classic" 12-cup electric coffee maker. A charcoal/wood barbecue and an electric griddle are available. Guest access Secure spaces to park bicycles, motorcycles or various accessories. Private parking. Other things to note TV connected only via Wi-Fi with Chromecast app downloaded on your phone, tablet or laptop. You can also connect your laptop to the screen with a suitable socket. Cleaning fee if you don't want to do it at the end of your stay: 50 euros to be paid before your departure. CAUTION: Potentially dangerous staircase not recommended for people with reduced mobility or young children without supervision.
