Historic Cottage, Beautiful Views

A 240 year old hillside cottage with stunning views and with all ‘mod cons’, set in the South Hams in beautiful S Devon. Only four miles from the historic town of Totnes, and used to house prisoners from the Napoleonic Wars to work in a mill nearby The space The rolling hills of the South Hams are picturesque and the cottage is accessible to Dartmoor and the beautiful beaches of the south coast of this lovely county situated mid-way between. Other things to note I provide continental breakfast with cereals, yoghourt, fruit, juice, toast/croissants. The cottage is only accessible if you have a car although the station is only four miles away and the nearest bus-stop 1.3 miles. Bookings of 2 nights or more only accepted between 20th July - 3rd September. Three night bookings only for Bank Holiday weekend. I will accept House-trained dogs as long as they are friendly with other dogs and fully vaccinated at a charge of £5.00/night per dog.
