Renovated in 2015 from an old tobacco factory has huge walls that remain cool even in summer. The space The apartment has a king size bed in a room of about 30m2, bathroom with shower and a living room with fireplace, kitchen and table for 2 people . Outside there is a private space where prepare romantic dinners and enjoy the garden and the view of the pool. . Other things to note We have an Organic Garden where you can get fresh fruit and vegetables, 2 H garden a pinewood where to enjoy the fresh air during hot summertime days and wonderful views of the Valley and the town of Cortona. The village of Bettolle is just walking distance, 7 restaurants are available just a 5 min walking distance. You will be not alone in the garden and in the complex, Tabaccaia is part of Villa Vignacce which is a small holiday house complex of 3 apartments. When complex is full we are maximum 12 guests.
