Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with a balcony and a partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance. Shopping facilities for everyday needs (supermarket/baker/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that a guest cards/tourist tax fee of €2.80/night/person from the age of 15 is to be paid upon arrival. Guest access Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, hallway, balcony, garage. Other things to note Tourist tax is per person and day of stay in the peak season €2.80 in low season €1.80 The peak season includes the period from 1 April to 31 October; the low season is from 1 January to 31 March, and from 1 November to 31 December. Children up to the age of 15 are free. The tourist tax will be collected by the host upon arrival. The cleaning costs are €85 per stay. Tourist tax as well as cleaning are to be paid on site in cash on site.
