Key Largo Cottages w/ Free Sailboat, Kayaks + More

The Mermaid is one of the cottages in Key Largo Cottages located on the bay side of Key Largo near some of the best dive/snorkel sites, island excursions, bars, restaurants, & the Everglades. A stay here comes with unlimited use of our kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, snorkel gear, some fishing gear, &, of course, the use of one of our 22' sailboats, if you have recent sailing experience on keel boats! You won't find a better deal in the Keys! (This is NOT a dog friendly cottage.) The space The Mermaid has a nicely painted coral reef and mermaid setting by a well-known Canadian artist. It has a king bed, bunk beds in a semi-separate room which opens to the main room, dresser, a kitchenette with medium size refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove and oven, cooking and dining utensils, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot with filters. It has a full bathroom with a conventional shower. Please note: We don’t provide toiletries; however, we do provide beach towels, bath towels, and linens for all the beds in the cottage. In the common area outside, which is shared with the Manatee guests, has it's own picnic table and a shared gas grill. The Mermaid accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. This is NOT a dog-friendly cottage. Guest access The cottage grounds, water toys, tiki hut, docks, as well as the beach is accessible. Feel right at home at Key Lime Sailing Club! Other things to note You must be 25 years of age or older to book this cottage. Rates are per night for double occupancy or family with kids. Extra adults will be charged $15 per night if allowed on a case-by-case basis, we try to limit each of our cottages to 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 to 5 kids depending on the cottage for the serenity of all our guests. We have a minimum of 5 nights/6 days booking, we accept 2 to 4 night stays if it comes in between 2 bookings. Please contact us for availability. Adult kids less than 21 years old are free, 21 years old and above will be considered as paying extra adults. All cottages are non-smoking inside, but guests can smoke outside the cottages or at the Tiki Hut.
