Your booking is for the entire house which can accommodate up to 9 people and would be suitable, for example, as a base for a company attending a show at the NEC or Resorts World, working at Land Rover or a family travelling from Birmingham International Airport or visiting Drayton Manor Park. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 x kingsize, 1 x super king and 1 x single rooms. There are 3 bathrooms, all with toilet and shower facilities. We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen and other essentials. Your booking and the prices you see on here are always for the entire house. All guests are welcome to use the kitchen and other facilities. There is good wifi and on-demand television. There are some small shops locally and a couple of lovely local pubs serving great cuisine. The property is not far from Stratford Upon Avon and other towns of historical interest such as Warwick. Birmingham city centre is a short train journey (from our local train station 100 metres away) and has a vibrant culture and social scene. Also other major towns and cities can be accessed from the local station, including London and Manchester. There is a magnificent local sports club 100 yards away where you can play tennis, squash and football and there is a local gym also. Other amenities; Hair dryer in each room in the bedside cabinet Iron and ironing board in each room either beside or inside the wardrobe Excellent WIFI Kitchen, the house has everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, utensils, salt and pepper, plates, bowls and cutlery. You will find a bottle of still mineral water beside your bed. There is a free minibar with beer and wine, in the conservatory, as well as a tray with snacks. You will also find tea and coffee on the kitchen counter along with milk, sugar and even takeaway cups if you are on the go! Also be sure to help yourself to the snacks in the conservatory. Parking, we have enough room for 3 cars, 2 in the car port, 1 in front of the house by the front door and 1 parked under the kitchen window (at the front of the house). If you require more parking or if you have a large vehicle such as a van, please feel free to use the sports club located opposite the house on Shadowbrook Lane. Both the Living room and conservatory have a TV. A selection of books are located in the white trunk beside the swing chair Dishwasher and Washing Machine (tablets and powder/conditioner is located under the sink). Clean towels.
