Elegant stone house located 500 meters from the beautiful Amiets beach in Cléder. Renovated interior with exposed beams, combining rustic charm with contemporary furniture. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation by the sea. The space The rustic character of the house, with its exposed beams and cut-stone walls, creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. The seaside-inspired furniture and décor have been carefully chosen. The kitchen was renovated in March 2022: the oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, range hood, and fridge are new. Bedding is new and of good quality. The garden is spacious, private, and fully enclosed. Beyond this, there are only dunes stretching all the way to the sea, where you can often see sheep grazing: a particularly pleasant rural sight. Parking in front of the house is free and private. Les Amiets beach is only 500 meters away and can easily be reached on foot. Guest access The house and garden have been split in two to make two separate and completely independent cottages. All areas are at your disposal and are not shared with the owner. The garden is enclosed and private. Other things to note 🛌 Linens are provided: pillows and pillowcases, fitted sheets, duvets and duvet covers, as well as towels bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels in the kitchen. The beds are made upon your arrival. ☕️ The kitchen is equipped with an electric drip coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The oven, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, and fridge are new (March 2022). 🐶 One pet is allowed, subject to certain conditions: – Small pet only – Clean, quiet, and well-behaved - Not allowed on beds or sofas – must not be left alone in the accommodation – Dog waste must be picked up in the garden Any damage or extra cleaning related to the pet may be charged via the platform.
