Beach villa Zilt&Zalig - luxury, sea view and Jacuzzi

Beach villa Zilt&Zalig is located in the center of Egmond aan Zee, on its own dune, directly on the beach, making it the ideal place for a wonderful vacation for 1 to 4 families at the same time. All luxuries are available: fine box springs, XXL Jacuzzi (so large that it is actually a swimming pool), sauna, family outdoor shower (hot), cooking island, beach items, etc. There are 13 beds, but we rent to a maximum of 8 adults (so enough beds for kids). You will find peace and quiet here, so we do not rent to young people. The space Located on a private dune, at the beach entrance in the center of Egmond aan Zee, you will find a very special place where you can enjoy a wonderful vacation with 1 to 4 families at the same time... All the luxury and space if you are with 1 family, but because there are many seats all over the plot, 2 bathrooms, 2 warm outdoor showers, 2 separate toilets, you can also chill very comfortably with up to 4 families at the same time. In Strandvilla Zilt&Zalig, you can enjoy the beach, sea and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee to the fullest and in luxury with the whole family, but also blow off steam in peace and quiet in the XXL family Jacuzzi (so large that we just call it a swimming pool) and end every day with a beautiful sunset from your own high dune top! And if it's not beach weather? Then you can sit in the warm Jacuzzi (always 38°C) and then go under the lovely warm outdoor shower (4 jets possible!). The Finnish sauna or the Infrared sauna complete a relaxing stay. As a finale, snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a good glass and enjoy the beautiful sea view from the living room. The villa is ideal for large families, families or multiple families with children, among other things because of its location right on the beach entrance and the center just a few meters away, but also because there are several children's beds, baby cots, high chairs and a sandpit. There are 8 sleeping places for adults and 5 beds for children + options for extra cots). And if Grandpa and Grandma come along, they will be able to comfortably retreat to the bedroom on the ground floor with an attached bathroom with underfloor heating. With two garages and two parking spaces in front of the garages, you can easily and free of charge park 4 cars and you can possibly receive visitors. Does the visitor want to stay overnight? There are 13 beds, so plenty of room! The only question is who you let sleep in the two rooms with sea views, you or your guests? As standard, we have of course made the beds for all guests, and the villa is well equipped with bath linen. Located in a beautiful area with lots of natural beauty, surf schools, bike rentals and riding stables around the corner and places like Bergen, Schoorl and Alkmaar within cycling distance, no one has to be bored. See you at Strandvilla Zilt&Zalig! During the children's holidays (April-May, July-August, and October), we only rent per week, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access There are four parking spaces, 2 in front of the garages (private property) and 2 in the garages. In winter, parking is free in the large parking lot between the beach and the house (so free from November 1 to February 29). In the street, it is only for permit holders between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. In the season, a day ticket for the large parking lot costs €11, but just outside the village there are plenty of safe places to park a possible fifth car for free. Other things to note The price does not include tourist tax of €2.10 per night per person (children up to 4 years are exempt).
