Splendid beachfront house

Large house of more than 400m2, in the center of Ribadesella Beach, on the beachfront. During the months of July, August, and September, the minimum stay required is 5 days. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Asturian cleaning and cooking service is offered for 14 euros/hour. A deposit of 300 euros in cash is required upon delivery of the key. The space The house has an exceptional location. Ribadesella is located at the mouth of the Sella River, near the Picos de Europa, and the Camino de Santiago passes in front of the house. The beach is famous for the number of surfers and surf schools, and for keeping almost only single-family mansions, like ours, on the front line. We are 50 minutes from the airports of Asturias and Santander, and there is a good taxi service. Asturias is known for being a Natural Paradise and for its excellent gastronomy and history. The house has four floors, but it has a private hydraulic elevator. The semi-basement floor has a kitchen, dining room, and a small bedroom with a bathroom. From this floor you can access a large "English" patio where you can dine outdoors in complete privacy. On the ground floor, there are two large living rooms and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and gallery. On the highest floor there are four bedrooms and two more bathrooms. On the north side, one has a double bed (1.8m) and the other two 90cm beds. In the south, one has a queen-size bed and the other two single 90 cm beds. The house has no blinds. Although we have curtains or blinds to darken, if you are one of those who needs absolute darkness to sleep, you will have to use one of the masks that you will find in the house.
