Located in the center of the village, this 90 m2 house has a living room with large TV, a kitchen (with dishwasher) and a shower with toilet on the ground floor. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a terrace. On the top floor, a spacious and charming bedroom with desk. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The space On the ground floor: - The living room is composed of a bench, 2 armchairs, TV and storage cabinet. - The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two electric hotplates, a microwave with oven function, a Senseo coffee maker and a fridge/freezer. - The shower room/toilet is equipped with a washing machine. Living room and kitchen are air-conditioned. On the first floor: - A master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a dresser overlooking a small terrace. - A second air-conditioned bedroom with a mezzanine bed, 1 140 cm bed, 1 futon bed, a bookcase and a TV corner, will be ideal for sleeping three children (a baby bed is at your disposal). On the top floor: A spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a library and a desk. Please note the staircase is narrow and a little steep. It is not recommended for people sensitive to heights. Access is secured by child safety gates.) Guest access No private parking, you can stop in front of the house. Space available 50 meters away and parking 100 meters away. Parking is free. Other things to note Cleaning deposit of €80 to be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the house is perfectly cleaned.
