The space The riad is spacious, with a beautiful terrace and plenty of space to relax. Once you step through the door, the sounds of the medina give way to an oasis of serenity. You will find: - 3 air-conditioned and unique suites, each with its own private bathroom (bathtub or shower) decorated with Tadelak and Zellige tiles. - 2 large living rooms, one with a fireplace. - 1 solarium terrace with a heated swimming pool (2m x 2.50m) and not overlooked, starting in November. In the morning, Moroccan breakfasts (fresh fruit juice, Msmen, crepes, bread, eggs, cake, etc.) are served from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. which you can enjoy at your leisure, on the patio, the dining room, or the terrace. The price is 6 Euros per person. Then, you can walk to the historical sites, the famous Jemâa El Fna Square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia and El Badi Palaces, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the museums, souks, and other wonders of the medina, as well as numerous restaurants. Upon returning from your visits and excursions, in the tranquility of Riad Modjakech, you can refresh yourself in the swimming pool, relax on the terrace's solarium, or, depending on the season, by the cozy fireplace. Free internet access is available. Lounge 2 features a flat-screen TV with numerous DVDs at your disposal (no air conditioning). To make the most of your stay, daily housekeeping service (rooms cleaned daily) and delicious Moroccan specialties (numerous tagines, couscous, briouats, tanjia, etc.) prepared on-site are available (at an additional cost). Fatima and Mohamed will be there to welcome you and guide you throughout your stay. Thanks to Fatima, you can enjoy traditional Moroccan cuisine in the dining room or on the terrace (order in the morning for dinner and the day before for lunch the following day). She charges between 12, 15, 20, and 25 euros to prepare them (excluding drinks). Guest access You have access to the entire riad. The kitchen will be at your disposal, but you will be offered the option of meals (between 12, 15, 20, and 25 euros per person (excluding drinks) prepared on-site by our cook, Fatima. She will arrange the meal with you, do the shopping, and prepare your lunches or dinners. The refrigerator is free to use, but it is also used to store food for your breakfasts. Moroccan law is very strict regarding relations between Moroccans and foreigners. For this reason, it is strictly forbidden to bring girls or boys into the riad, and we do not accept anyone other than our guests. IMPORTANT: For the safety of our guests, no outsiders will be allowed access to the house. Access to the rooms is strictly prohibited to outsiders without our consent, without exception. We apply Moroccan laws in force for unmarried couples (applies to nationals with Moroccan documents). In the event of non-compliance with the booking conditions, we will be forced to ask you to leave the house without compensation or refund of your stay.
