Il Broglino built in the XVI century and enlarged in the XVII century ,that overlooks the magnificient valley that surrounds Todi ,in Umbria . Today Il Broglino is regulary used by the owners but it is avalaible for rent. The space Il Broglino is the perfect location if you need to relax away from the city and immerse in nature . If you are interested you can also discover the beauty of Umbria and Tuscany. Guest access Il Broglino is at the top of a multi level garden that eases down the hill all the way to the family farm. The Patio that sorrounds the mansion opens into the swimming pool area furnished with some beds and easy chairs, showers and all the amenities you may need. The Mansion is built on three levels. On the ground floor is the main living room with large picture windows looking out onto the breathtaking Umbrian valley and a pool room. Across the entrance hall there is a dining room with a large table for twenty. The dining room is connected to the kitchen. On the first floor there's an enchanting living area surrounded by numerous bedrooms. Each bedrooms have different paintings and decorations.Some are ancient and others are more recent and painted by modern artists. Other things to note Upon your arrival there will be a person there welcome you , show you home and tell you its history .In a few minutes you will be catapulted in the Seventeenh Century. There are a few fundamental rules for the respect of the enviroment : we ask that you keep the use of plastic down to a minimum ,to respect the strict garbage disposal rules and to prefebly smoke in the outside areas.
