Moulin de la Corbelière, relaxation, nature and charm

On the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise, the Moulin de la Corbelière, with its exceptional environment, lends itself remarkably to rejuvenation and superb activities, with family, friends or as a couple. Naps on the islets, games for children, hikes, activities, sightseeing or relaxation, come and enjoy this enchanting and romantic place. Ideal place for visiting the Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, La Rochelle and Île de Ré. TGV train station and highway exit nearby. The space Caroline and Yves will be delighted to welcome you to the mill. The whole place is for you and you'll have access to all its comforts. Le Moulin de la Corbelière is located between Poitiers (40 minutes) and Niort (20 minutes), in an exceptional setting. The Sèvre Niortaise flows through a 3,500 m² park, creating 3 typical islands where it's nice for children to play (swing) and for couples, friends or family to enjoy nature. The small garden in front of the cottage is secure, but the river that runs through the property cannot be. Be careful to monitor young children in the field. Apart from a space reserved for owners when they are there, you can enjoy the small islands and the Sèvre Niortaise at your leisure. The cottage (120 m²) consists on the ground floor of a dining room and its stove, a living room with its fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a 140cm bed, a toilet. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase) 2 bedrooms (one large with 160cm bed and 1 small with 2 bunk beds, each with their storage, a toilet, a shower room. Linens are not provided. A covered terrace awaits you for meals on sunny days. A washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV are at your disposal. In winter, heating is provided by the two wood-burning stoves and the pellet boiler, which ensure a comfortable level of warmth. There are lots of things to do in the area. The Marais Poitevin and these beautiful canals are 25 minutes away, Futuroscope at 45, La Rochelle at 60, Puy-du-Fou at 80. Apart from a space reserved for owners, you can enjoy the small islands and the Sèvre Niortaise at your leisure. Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels) are not provided.
