In the living-dining room, the large corner sofa beckons to a movie on the flat screen TV with DVD and Blue Ray player. Wi-Fi and corresponding internet are available, as are a HiFi system. The open kitchen with U-shaped kitchenette allows cooking actions and a social interaction in the adjacent dining area. After an eventful holiday with hours of sunshine on the furnished balcony or the correspondingly equipped terrace as well as relaxing sauna sessions, you can relax in the wellness area of the attic and your children in the play area. At night, relax in one of the two bedrooms with double beds, other TVs and wardrobes. The bathroom with walk-in rain shower, double sink, towel heater, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer leaves nothing to be desired. There is a free washing machine in the utility room. If you need a high chair, a baby travel cot, laundry packages, only bed linen or separate towel sets, you are welcome to book them with us. From the sunny terrace you can enjoy the view into the garden. The apartment also has a balcony that invites you to sunbathe with a sofa landscape with pads, a lounger and umbrella. There is a room to accommodate your bikes, which also has sockets for charging e-bikes. There's a free parking space at the house for your car. We charge a final cleaning fee and booking fee once, bed linen and towels provided and charged with €22/pers.
