The space The apartment is on the second floor of a building of 1940 in a very quiet neighborhood street. The views are pleasant on the private secular park of Villa Vinci. It seems that Garibaldi, the Hero of the Two Worlds, after having united Italy, stayed in the Villa and meditated on the 'Impresa' under a large tree in the park, now called the Garibaldi tree. The renovation has completed in 2016, have been found and kept the decorations and the original colors. Maintenance is carried out constantly. The apartment is about 60 square meters, consists of a one room with double bed, one room with two single beds that on request can be transformed into a second bedroom and a large living room with double sofà bed for the needs of a large family, an equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a large shower. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples or families, children are welcome. We provide the entire apartment complete with every comfort and amenities such as: • air conditioning and heating; • kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge; • washing machine, iron; • Satellite TV, wi-fi, internet line; • large shower, hair dryer. Early check-in or after 11:30 pm is possible but may incur additional charges. We'll welcome you personally upon your arrival to give you the keys to the House. The entire apartment is at your disposal. The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic area, it is easily reachable in about 10 minutes from the exit of the Firenze-Impruneta (3 km), about 20 minutes from the train station SMN with the bus (three lines ) and in less than 1 hour from Florence Airport (tram + bus). If you prefer, we waiting you when you will arrive at the airport or train station to pick up and take you to the apartment (extra services to be paid locally). As of 1 January, the 'tourist tax' is included in the price and is retained directly by Airbnb. The tax is applied to non-residents overnight stays in the city of Florence and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this tourist structure is 4,00 euro per person per night. When Arriving at the central railway station SANTA MARIA NOVELLA, outside the 'Ticket hall', cross the square and go down the stairs. At the bus stop, take the n. 11, towards Galluzzo. Aalternatively you can take the n. 36 or n. 37 from Orti Oricellari stop. After about 15-20 minutes (10 stops), get off at bus stop 'Due Strade' and you are arrived. The bus stop is 50 meters from home. If you are in the car, you can get directly to the address and park for free in the pubblic parking close to home. we also remind you: When you are not at home air conditional and the lights must be switched off and the door locked.
