Idyllic for families

My apartment is in a wonderful location. From the large sun terrace (60 m²) you have a breathtaking view over a green area to the beach and sea. The balcony is pleasantly located in the shady north. The free parking space is only 40 m away. The apartment complex includes a well-kept communal pool, playground and beautiful green spaces. The towns of Garrucha, Mojaca and Villaricos are worth visiting. The space There are two bedrooms and a central room with sofa, workplace, dining table and kitchen. The total of 60 m² comfortably accommodates 4 adults or a family of 5. All rooms have effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. Guest access You have sole access to all living areas, balcony and sun terrace. Other things to note I have noticed that because of the air conditioning, the electricity consumption of the guests varies greatly. In order not to charge everyone a high rent, there is an electricity meter and the electricity is charged extra (currently 30 cents/kWh). So everyone pays only as much as they consume.
