The flat also enjoys being only a 15/20 minute walk into the market town of Wadebridge consisting of an array of restaurants, public houses, coffee shops, independent boutiques and the popular camel trail The space This generous flat welcomes you with it's open plan living area that includes a lounge area with television and large sofa, a breakfast bar and a well equipment fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen area consists of a fridge with a very small freezer, microwave, four ring hob, oven and grill. The flat also benefits from a large double bedroom including fitted wardrobes plus a door that leads out to a small outside area with enough space for a bisto table to enjoy that evening alfresco.
