The Ipfmühle has a rich history and is surrounded by greenery between the historic cities of Linz, Enns, Steyr, Stadt Haag, Bad Hall and St. Florian and Kremsmünster. Our house has been awarded 4 Edelweiss by the Upper Austrian Tourist Board. Special experiences: high ropes course, soccer golf, Segway riding (Steyr, Linz) Goldberg/Sierning. You can hike from the house. There are countless other opportunities to enjoy leisure and cultural activities in our beautiful surroundings. The space My place has been awarded 4 Edelweiss by the Upper Austria Private Landlords Association. A guest was happy upon entering this studio, how tastefully everything is decorated and new. Total: 48 m². This studio is characterized by separate bedrooms - one with a "double bed" and pull-out sofa and in between the dining table in the anteroom and then the 2nd bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (bottom and top) with a kitchenette (with basic equipment...) and a shower room and toilet. Here you do not need air conditioning through the thick walls. Guest access There is a private entrance to the apartments for the guests. Other things to note If it is or becomes "dumpa", you should pay attention to deer next to the road.
