The Lobster Pot , Polperro

Situated in the very heart of Polperro, just steps from the harbour and coast path , The Lobster Pot is a bright and stylish apartment that sleeps up to four guests (3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children) Polperro itself is undoubtedly one of Cornwall’s prettiest villages. White washed cottages cling to the side of the valley with the River Pol meandering slowly through the village. Narrow lanes and pathways , once used by smugglers, lead to the picturesque working harbour, full of colourful boats. The space The Lobster Pot has a shower room and two double bedrooms - one with a full sized double (4’ 6 bed) and the other room cosier, with a small double (4.0’ bed). The well equipped kitchen / diner includes a dining table and four chairs - the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The cozy stylish lounge has two new sofas, a 40” flat screen TV with full Sky Q ( including Sky Movies, Disney+, Prime Video and Netflix) as well as super fast wireless internet. A personal, reserved, numbered space is provided for free parking in the Polperro carpark, a 10 minute stroll away through the pretty streets. Guest access We are right at the bottom of a slight hill, but you only have three small steps up to the apartment, entry is via a key safe, and you will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Early check in is usually available apart from on a Saturday, where it’s 4pm ( but that’s usually just in July and August). Check out is by 9.30am. Other things to note - As we live above, we ask that noise is kept to a respectful minimum between 11.00pm - 7am. If you want to come back from the pub, and party until the wee small hours, then this probably isn’t the booking for you. - No shoes to be worn inside the property. - No Pets. - No children under 7 ( ignore under 12). - check in is 4pm , but can usually can offer earlier when it’s not a Saturday. Check out is by 9.30am. - Located in the centre of the village, above the local village store and with chatty seagulls, there maybe some noise. - Whilst bath sheets are provided, you will need to bring your own beach towels. - Like most properties in Polperro we have low beamed ceilings, but being 6 1’ I only duck once.
