The Clos du Chay cottage in Vérines is a 110 m² independent, air-conditioned Charentais house in the village (shops within walking distance). Sleeps up to 9 people with its sofa bed in the living room in addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Pool table, stove, Wi-Fi, baby equipment 20 minutes from La Rochelle and Chatelaillon beach. Ideally located for visiting the islands and the Poitevin marsh. Our four-legged friends are accepted on request with a supplement: €10/day/animal Other things to note Meter reading for electricity 8 kWh/day included in the rental price; if consumption is higher, payment of the supplement at the end of the stay.
