This isn't just a bnb but my home which I share with my Pomch, Mimi. I offer a bright Double room with oak flooring. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town centre. You are able to see a view of the cathedral only two minuets from our door. I am blessed to have beautiful countryside only 5 mins walk away. I do let another double room in the property so many facilities are shared. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me We look forward to meeting you! The space Garden- We have a beautiful newly renovated garden that you are welcome to use. We are welcome to have BBQ's and use the fire pit. We are also happy for you to host guests in the garden, although we would ask that you discuss this with us first. Guest access In your room -Welcome/information sheet on desk You will find towels, clean bedding. Hangers for your clothes, as well as other storage. The double bed is an Ottoman so you are able to place large items under the bed giving you more room. We also provide water in your room as well as a welcome snack.. (this is normally chocolate but if you have any dietary requirements let me know and I will be happy to provide you with something else). We offer an array of books in your room, where we have a swap a book for a book policy ( A small donation is accepted if you do not have a book to swap). You will also find a small selection of games as well as a hair dryer and an iron. Kitchen- You are welcome to use all utensils and appliances. This includes a microwave and a dishwasher so you don't need to worry about washing up! We can provide you with fridge, freezer and cupboard space. There is a selection of teas and coffees as well as spices, herbs, salt pepper and oil. All of which you are welcome to use. You will find the airbnb logo on all cupboards for your use this includes a hidden fridge. Please feel free to look around. Smaller logo-spices,teas,coffees and cooking equipment and utensils Larger logo-fridge and cupboard space. Bathroom- We have great water pressure here at this property and the water does gets very hot. We are happy for you to have as many baths as you wish or showers. We have plenty of products for you to use. This also includes things like bath bombs, sanitary products for woman and spare toothbrushes. If there is anything you do need but can not seem to find it please always ask first. The only thing we do ask is that is you have a bath please ask other guests if they need the bathroom first as a courtesy. Leaving you to relax in peace! Utility- We have a utility situated outside, that you are welcome to use at no extra cost. This includes a washing machine, dryer and laundry liquid . Shared spaces-dinning room and living room- Please do not feel you need to hide away in your room! You are welcome to share both the dinning room and living room with us. If you do require any private use of these spaces for things like a quite dinner or movie nights, please always ask we will always do our up most. We also have a PS4 as well as Netflix and Prime all of which you are welcome to use of course we ask you take into account use by other household members. If using the PS4 we ask that you log in as a guest user. During your stay I am not always available at the property although I do aim to be. However I am always reachable via the airbnb site or via mobile. I am always on hand to help no question is too small. I am grateful for your understanding. I host 7 days a week and sometimes have personal plans that mean that I am only available via phone. Other things to note Breakfast- We keep a fully stocked fridge for all of your breakfast needs, as well as a shelf full of cereal and a stocked bread bin. You wil also find a selection of items in the kitchen cupboard provided for you ( logo on door). We do ask that a small donation be left if you use any of the food items from this cupboard. Recycling- We do recycle here at this property and you will find a small green food waste bin and a large blue bin, with the recycle logo on it, for paper and other recyclable waste. Visiting guests- You are welcome to have visiting guests all we ask is that you make these arrangements with us prior to their arrival. Cleaning- We aim to keep the property, hotel clean at all times. Of course this is a very lived in house so it is impossible to maintain that level at all times. We thank you for your understanding and ask that you bring anything to our attention that you are unhappy with. Thus giving us the opportunity to correct it before marking us down. We will always do our up most, as making your stay an enjoyable, comfortable one is of high importance to us
