This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place. The space The whole cottage is in your use. Inside the cottage there are double bed and two sofa beds for 4 persons. The double bed is in it's own sleeping area. The kitchen includes a microwave and a stove and owen, a coffeemaker, a watercooker, toaster and all the dishes. There is no dishwasher in the cottage. You will find cutleries and cooking utensils in kitchen drawer. Inside two drawers there is a smaller drawer where you find them. The cottage heats up by electric radiators and also by air heat pump. The sauna stove is electric. You may want to try the Finnish tradition to "swim in snow" when you are bathing in the sauna. You are allowed to use the fireplace in which you can try to fry a sausage, the very Finnish delicacy. The linens and towels are in your use. You can get there by renting a car or taking a taxi. Sometimes it is possible for me to drive you to the cottage for the price we have spoken if it is agreed in advance.
