Charming Burgundian cottage

Charming cottage, this building dating from the late 19th century has been completely renovated, and offers 2 bedrooms on the attic floor (one with a 160 cm bed, and one with 4 single beds (or 1 double bed and 2 single beds)), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom. The main room includes the kitchen, dining and living room. The main heating system is the wood-burning stove. A swimming pool 3.50 m in diameter and 1.30 m high is available in the garden. The space The gîte is pleasantly located in the heart of Southern Burgundy, in Saône-et-Loire, 10 minutes from the city center of Chalon-sur-Saône. The vegetable farm on which it is located is located in the town of Saint Marcel, where all amenities are located: supermarket, butcher, bakery, library, hairdressers... everything is within walking or cycling distance! ​our local produce store (organic vegetables and eggs from our production, milk, cheese, dairy products, meat, pâtés, oils, flour, honey, jams, etc.) is open on Wednesday afternoon, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. But we are at your disposal if you are not available during our opening hours. We will also be happy to show you around our farm by appointment. The place is conveniently located for many visits, and activities in all seasons: wine route, Burgundy castles, the Jura and its countless walks, museums, public swimming pool, Chalon dans la Rue (theater festival, in July...) Practical details: - Check-out 11 a.m. - non-smoking gîte inside - bed sheets not provided, nor towels.
