In the Charolais countryside between Paray-le-Monial and Cluny, an old furnished house located in a small village. Quiet and relaxing place located in the municipality of Mornay. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy nature, great hiking, cycling and much more... Ideal house for 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom (shower) toilet. All the comforts of home. The space For our guests, please read the description of the listing and all its amenities Charming furnished house located in the heart of Charolais dating from 1881 The house has 2 large courtyards enclosed and closed by gates. We also have an above ground swimming pool open from May to September, which is fenced and closed by a gate that locks for security. The interior of the house has 2 large bedrooms each with 140 beds + 1 extra bed 1 person + 2 baby umbrella beds + 1 sofa bed 2 people in the living room. Living room of about 40 m2, 1 large buffet, 1 sofa bed, flat-screen TV,fireplace closed non-functional fireplace - Furnished kitchen Bathroom ( shower ) We bring all our guests great comfort of service and price by providing linens at no extra cost (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillows, large towels and small towels, tea towels, toilet paper The exterior is surrounded by two private courtyards, one shaded and the other sunny. A private above-ground pool of approximately 5X4 open from May 15 to the end of September. It is fenced and closed by a lockable gate, but the pool remains of course under the supervision and responsibility of the families. We also offer the maintenance of the house after any departure without any additional rate. However, we ask our guests before any departure to please empty and sort the garbage cans << glasses,plastic apart >> On the other hand, we have bicycles available to guests for a small contribution to be seen on site during your stay. The house must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. Thank you all As mentioned, pets are welcome (2 max per stay) but here too we ask you to want to keep the accommodation clean by bringing their own basket/cushion and not leaving the dogs alone FOR A WHOLE DAY IN THE HOUSE because of too much barking and occasional damage! we ask that the excrement be picked up in both courtyards before any departure, thank you for your understanding.
