Kernow Cottage is a delightful, mid-terraced bungalow located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the edge of Gullane, a stone's throw away from the world renowned Muirfield Golf Course. The village centre is a 10 minute stroll away, lovely sandy beaches and Gullane golf courses 1, 2 & 3 are all close by. Bus links to Edinburgh, just 20 miles away and 4 miles to North Berwick train station. Kernow Cottage offers flexible bedroom layout suitable for families, couples & golfing tours. The space Gullane offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Many fabulous golf courses are a walk or short drive away making this property an ideal base for golfing tours. Likewise, Kernow Cottage is suitable for family vacations. There are numerous activities for families nearby and lovely sandy beaches. The area is popular with walkers, bird watchers, and water sports enthusiasts. It is a perfect bolt hole for a short break to the beautiful 'Garden of Scotland' or for sightseeing, and taking in the arts and culture the capital city has to offer. 1 super king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom as standard, however other combinations will be arranged upon request. Both bedrooms have zip-linked beds allowing for various combinations of sleeping arrangements. They can be set up as singles or super king-sized beds to suit your requirements and we use quality linen for a comfortable night's sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and Nespresso coffee machine. We have a utility cupboard that houses the washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse and pegs. There is an outside drying area. The shower is a high power Mira thermostatic mixer shower and the combi-boiler provides instant hot water. The bathroom demister mirror has a built in shaver socket. Towels, linen, hairdryer, WiFi and local information are all provided, as are tea, coffee, milk and condiments. The property has full gas and electrical safety certificates and hard wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The accommodation is all on one level with one step to the front door. Private parking adjacent to the property for one car. We do not provide electricity for car charging, however there is a public fast charging point in the village centre. Guest access The property is self-contained and guests have full use of the house (except one shelf in the utility cupboard) and designated parking space for one car immediately outside the front of the house.
