The property is in the center of Nules, close to all amenities: supermarkets, shops, train, bus, taxi, restaurants and bank, 5 km from the beach. It is close to Plaza Mayor and the Iglesia Mayor (Campanario). The area is very quiet. During the Fiestas de Nules there are bulls in the street, music in the street and activities for children. Weather in Nules: The hottest days are between July 15 and August 15. The space The property is located in the center of Nules, close to all the city's amenities and shops, in a very quiet area, from where you can walk everywhere. Guests can park the car right in front of the door to unload luggage. There is free street parking and it is very easy to park, with a space a 2-minute walk away next to the Central Market of Nules. There is also paid private parking a 2-minute walk away. Please note: You must pay close attention to the road signs when parking on the street. On Wednesday mornings there is a market near the property, and parking is prohibited on the streets next to the market from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you park in the area during the prohibited period, the police will fine you and the tow truck will remove your car. Guest access The building has a large communal terrace at the top, where guests can sunbathe year-round. You can park your car right at the door to unload luggage, and there is paid private parking a 2-minute walk away. During your stay Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum to respect their space. If necessary, we will be available for any emergency. Other things to note The building has a communal terrace on the top floor, which gets all the sun and is especially pleasant on sunny days, early in the morning or in the middle of the afternoon. To access, you have to go up the building's regular stairs. Regular check-in times will be from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The house does not have parking. You can park for free on the street, since there is no blue zone, as well as in free public parking lots (train station) and also in paid parking lots. It's in front of the central market area. For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a Tourist Accommodation – Tourism Contract (Law 15/2018, June 7, Dec. 10/2021, January 22, and Dec. Law 9/2024). For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental - Seasonal contract (L.A.U. Article 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, December 24).
