Charming apartment, huge terrace, panoramic views

A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the tranquil setting of Otivar. Nestled into the mountains and positioned in the heart of the pueblo, the surrounding area is noted for its natural beauty. The apartment is on the first floor of a house over 110 years old and full of Spanish charm. It enjoys a very large roof terrace with breath-taking panoramic views of the mountains and the Rio Verde Valley. There is plenty going on in the village and local area for you to enjoy. The space The apartment The apartment enjoys a position in a quiet area of the pueblo free from traffic. Full of rustic charm and character it has many original features including wooden beams, original Spanish floor tiles and french windows with wooden shutters leading onto juliette balconies. The terrace The roof terrace is huge and filled with lovely tropical plants. There are various seating areas to choose from as well as an outside dining area for alfresco eating. There are sun loungers, parasols, and various cushions all for you to use and enjoy making your time on the terrace comfortable. There is also a bbq for you to use while enjoying and relaxing on the terrace. There are many plants on the terrace which we water after the sun goes down. We have a small private area which we use for ourselves from time to time but this is separate from the main terrace. Working holidays There is room for four people to work from either the apartment or the terrace if you decide to have a working holiday. There are plenty of power points in the apartment and there is power to roof terrace too. Broadband is provided by fibre optic cable which provides fast download speeds. A colour printer is available for a small fee. Guest access Full use of apartment, laundry area and large terrace.
