The space We offer "Organic, Bed & Breakfast" in our discreet but comfortable mountain house. It is located in the impressive setting of the rocky slope "Le Quié de Sinsat", at the foot of the Plateau de Beille. The surroundings of a pretty flower garden and a wild oak hill contribute to the atmosphere of peace and tranquility. On the first floor, on the sunset side and with views of the beautiful garden, there is the room "Cardenous" with a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children (1 double bed, 1 real single bed and 1 drawer bed). It is also possible to convert this room into 3 real single adult beds. The room can also be accommodated for a baby upon request. Across the street is the non-tenant bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This first floor is also perfect for a small group stay with a maximum capacity of 5 adults spread over 2 private rooms and shared bathroom. The second bedroom is on the side of the sunrise with mountain views. Organic and hearty breakfast, is included in our price. It is served in the large and bright kitchen where there is a wood-burning stove. The garden is at your disposal during the day and also a large living room with fireplace in winter. In the evening, around 7pm we will serve dinner on request at an additional cost of €30/pers and to be paid on site in cash. We take great pleasure in cooking healthy and in a different way. We prefer vegetarian food with seasonal fruits and vegetables, herbs and even wild plants from our organic garden. Having dinner with us is a discovery and adventure for the taste buds, not to be missed for those looking for a healthy life. We also offer the semi vegetarian option with meat coming from local producers who respect the animal and the surroundings. Our dishes are also inspired by our travels. You can find a flavor of multiculturalism. As everything is prepared fresh, remember to book dinner in advance, preferably at the time of booking.
