Located in the old town of Estepona, 3 minutes from the beach is a restored house, cozy ideal for enjoying our city and surroundings. The space The cottage is very central, located in pedestrian area of the village. An adult or two children can sleep on the couch. Bathroom room equipped with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker. The bedroom has a bed of 1.60 m. There will be a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival as well. There are restaurants and bars at walking distance as well as shops. Within a 3 minute walk you will find yourself on the beautiful Estepona beach. It's a lovely place that gets very busy during the summer months. The old town is the active area during that time, however it is well spared most of the noise. The nearest airport will be Malaga or Gibraltar. The easiest way to rent a car in Malaga. You can find public parking a few meters from the house throughout the year. Other things to note Chek in: after 5:00 pm Check-out: until 12pm. There is flexibility in check-in time, in case you arrive before 5pm and the apartment is ready, you can enter earlier, otherwise you can always leave your luggage in the apartment while we prepare it for you. The time of collection of keys is from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Saturdays from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. Outside these times, the collection of keys has an additional cost of €10.
