Cozy, tiny cottage located in historic Lincolnville. Built in 2016 and privately set behind our historic Palm Gate Cottage, this tiny jewel is ready to welcome guests. A short (12 or so minutes) walk to all that historic St. Augustine has to offer year-round, this private retreat on a quiet street is ideal. Off street parking for one vehicle inside our gate, private entrance to back yard where the tiny cottage retreat awaits. Self check-in using key pad access. The space Experience our tiny and charming space. For your convenience, we have included a pod coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. For work and entertainment: Free wifi and pre-loaded TV apps. We've tried to include convenient amenities such as a usb charging outlet (just plug in your cord) and a small laptop desk for your use if working. Privacy curtains on windows and cottage door are installed. Guest access Parking within gated property for one mid-sized vehicle. Access Guest house through tall gate directly in front of parking. Guest house is located in back yard of main Cottage. Other things to note Distance to Ponce Hall--Flagler College (center of town for reference) is 1 mile (easy walk). Distance to the Beach: The cottage is in Lincolnville, not too far, but still a drive. Location is 16 min (6.1 miles) from Vilano Beach, 15 min (5.3 miles) from St. Augustine Beach Pier.
