This modern apartment comes supplied with all essentials, towels and bed linen supplied for up to 2 guests. The space This is a purpose built modern apartment consisting of a Lounge with cable tv free 5g wifi and superfast broadband. Hall,large shower room with toilet and spacious bedroom with super king size bed which can be converted into two single beds. Please let us know your preference. The kitchen is shared by myself only and guests can have use of kitchen at any time. There is a door leading from apartment into kitchen . Also there are tea/coffee making facilities, toaster and fridge in the bedroom of apartment. There is a keysafe box at our flat next door if I am unable to be here for your arrival. Apartment will be fully cleaned and disinfected after each guest leaves The apartment is built on to our family home.Off street parking in our driveway and private door entry. We are an outgoing middle aged couple and are willing to help accommodate our guests needs. Guests have full privacy if required. Quiet area close to fantastic public transport routes just a few minutes walk from apartment You can have a leisurely walk to city centre in 40 minutes Murrayfield and O2 Arena at corn exchange close by. ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE We are fairly flexible with check in and check out times unless we have same day change over so please contact us with your proposed check in and check out time. Guest access Guests have private access to the apartment which has their own bedroom, shower room and living room with access from apartment into the kitchen which is shared only by myself .
