The space The ground floor apartment is separate from the rest of the house, so you will be totally private. You have the studio (bedroom area and comfy seating area with sofa and TV) with your own private entrance through double French doors from a patio area with seating. A sofabed can be made available, plus the possibility of an extra adjoining room for 1 or 2 people, (each for an extra charge) please enquire. There is a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room so you can bring your own ingredients for breakfast or other meals during your stay, or breakfast ingredients can be provided at an extra charge. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. There is free and easy on-street parking right outside, or off-street parking may be made available on request. We are on a regular bus route into town and taxi service is available. If visiting a Goodwood event, there are shuttle buses from Goodwood into Chichester, from where you can either walk, bus or taxi back to your accommodation. A breakfast package is included for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival weekends. The Goodwood Motor Circuit is within walking distance across country if you choose to avoid traffic to and from the Goodwood Revival event. Guest access The self-contained apartment offers your own private entrance through double French doors from a little patio area with seating. Other things to note THE GOODWOOD EVENTS PACKAGE For Goodwood events we provide a package for you to prepare your own continental or full English breakfast, and afternoon tea during your stay. The breakfast is DIY, with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. You can also help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh fruit and soft drinks provided. There is a fridge and freezer to store any extra favourite supplies you bring with you. We are happy to cater for special dietary needs, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Please note that, due to demand, we apply a minimum 3 night stay for Goodwood Festival of Speed and a minimum 2 night stay for Goodwood Revival dates.
