House is built in 2019 and the architecture is "Amsterdamse Style". Room is new, clean and enough space. Host is available and breakfast is an option (7,50 Euro). We are a family of 3, our son is almost 2 years old. We speak Dutch, German, French, (a bit) Spanish, Ucrainian, Russian and (a bit) Polish. Be welcome and feel free! There are no curfew-timings, but please be quiet (after 22h00 o'clock)! No alcohol/drugs.
