The structure is a Country House which houses 7 apartments. Our farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful hills, it is an ideal place for those who love nature and need to relax. The "GAZZA" apartment is located inside the main farmhouse, with an independent entrance. Lots of outdoor space available to guests, panoramic swimming pool and barbecue. The space The Country House Il Biroccio is a structure born in 2003 after a careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic center of Urbino (UNESCO World Heritage City). Wild territory, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a stay of absolute relaxation and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, the nearest town is 10 km away. The GAZZA apartment is a romantic apartment, ideal for a couple, the windows overlook the garden and the panorama all around. Guest access There is a large outdoor area furnished and equipped with shaded areas, a barbecue. The pool is shared with the other guests of the structure, we do not accept external people. Diving into the pool is not permitted. Other things to note Tourist tax: € 2,50 per person per day for a maximum of 5 days. To reach the property you have to take a 1.5 km country road, well maintained and without holes that can be traveled by any car. Dog area. There is a space, separate, in the pool area where guests can bring their dogs. If you come accompanied by your dog there will be an extra charge for final cleaning, ranging from 20€ to 40€, depending on the length of stay, to be paid on site.
