Enjoy quietness and beauty of the place and its surrounding - hilly picturesque landscape with meandering Sazava River with full of forests spreading out on both banks of the River. The space This place has a unique atmospere to it, you will instantly feel at home. The flat is nicely finished with a wooden floor and furniture. It has a lovely bedroom and a spacy living room upstairs and a decently equipped kitchen, bathroom and a storage room downstairs. There is plenty of storage space. Very nice view on the historic part of the town. The flat is situated aprox. 3 minutes from the town's centre. Other things to note Please, be aware that the water heater can get noisy a bit. It would give a scratchy sound for a minute or two when washing or showering. Do not worry about it.
