Don’t expect luxury. Expect rural, cosy and quaint. Decor in traditional style . Fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, small lounge with TV, barbecue, garage and terrace. The house is perfect for getaways for families+ friends. The space What makes this house unique is the fact that it is a 100 year old restored building in an amazing location; in between the mountains and the sea. The Picos de Europa are 15km away and numerous beaches about 10km. The views from the house of the mountains are an important attribute. One of the best features of the house is the wood fired oven in the kitchen. The house is small but beautifully arranged. Good mobile signal and good wifi. Plenty of room to park outside. Guest access The house is only for the guests. It is detached and all spaces are for guest use. Other things to note Pets are allowed if well behaved. No parties or extra people not included in the booking. The house is both large and small. The bedrooms are small but very comfortable. There is a terace for eating outside. There is a garage with a BBQ which can also be used as a dining area. Plenty of space to park on the street. The house sleeps 8 people but because it is small it's a much better fit for 4 to 6. Nearest bar and restaurant is in Meré about 1km away which serves excellent food. Nearest town with supermarkets and lots of services is Posada de Llanes. The bread van comes every day.
